We actually switched mid-project from a plumber we were using to Wenzel because of issues. So glad we did! Wenzel staff are extremely professional, courteous, and communicative. In fact, Wenzel did about 3-4 hours free of service when they had to come back to fix a shower plumbing fixture issue that was mainly a result of a foreign part being purchased (owner's purchase !).
