Had a little issue with person writing down the wrong phone number and their answering service is a 3rd party, where the message takes a while to get to the company, so took longer than normal to get scheduled. Also, they ordered a similar replacement model but I really did not know what I was getting until it was installed. Ended up being a different manufacturer with less features, so wish they would have spent a little more time letting me know what I was getting so I could have made an informed decision, as I would have chosen something else."
