They have been wonderful to work with, great with communication, and Drake in particular has gone above and beyond for me in battling my home owner insurance company who is trying to short change me on reimbursement. "We had a major sewer back up leaving sewage in the basement. They were recommended by Matt at DC Annis Sewer INC and were out within about an hour to give an estimate. And they were able to begin working to clean things up the following day. They were careful not to track anything through the house and asked questions as to what was trash and what we wanted to keep. I would definitely recommend Fredi and his team as he was very friendly, yet professional. Everyone in the office was very helpful, informative and courteous."

"My family member had a terrible house fire. She lived alone and was taken to the hospital. I dealt with the situation while she was unable to. 24Restore showed up and boarded up the house before I even knew there was a fire. A couple of days later, we had a meeting with 24Restore to discuss services. I signed a contract to pay for the property to be board up and secure after the fire and for emergency services. I felt obligated to pay for the board up because they had already done the work. They did send out an emergency electrician as well, though now I question why because there still is no electricity being used at the property. During the meeting with 24Restore, it was brought to my attention by the fire investigator that the latch that was used on the front door was unscrewed and just hanging there. A lot was happening that day, and I discovered that my family member's house had been robbed multiple times as the latch had the screws on the exterior of the door. It took a screw driver to break in with little to no effort. I had the lock latch changed myself to be installed properly, so at least it would take a little effort to break in. I was told by multiple people, police included, how terrible of a job the lock latch was. I attached a photo of their latch and then the one that I had attached. After I received the bills a couple of weeks later, I called the billing office to see why it didn't go through insurance as I was told it would. The billing woman was unpleasant and informed me they didn't have an insurance company on file. I had discussed my family member's insurance in detail with the salesman, and he even knew the claim agent I was assigned. After that experience, I paid the invoices for services rendered. I called/texted the man I signed the contract with and informed him that I would like no further services from 24Restore as I was disappointed with the experience. It should have ended there. I was paid up and just wanted to let them know that I wanted to part ways. Then he started sending me multiple unprofessional text messages. The neighbor in the attached townhouse used 24Restore and had a great experience. That was not the case for me. After I wanted to end services, they were rude for no reason. It was a relief to pay them and not have to deal with them again. Be careful of those that prey on tragedy. Edit: I discussed 24Restore with the neighbor at a meeting tonight and discovered that they also had a falling out with this company after my original review and that promises and services were not fulfilled. They also feel like they were pressured into signing for services and that they were preyed upon."
