"Called Air Serv late in the AM. Furnace was not working. Due to our schedule, asked if they could do a service call in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. They were able to come that afternoon and get the furnace working. Shane was very thorough in his diagnosing the problem. He was very patient in his explanation of the issue. Shane was very professional and personable in his service. Katie, the office receptionist, listened to our issue, contacted the technician, and was able to find a time in the schedule for Shane to make a service call. Would highly recommend Air Serv for future service."

"I had a heater installed in my garage almost a year ago to date. They installed some pipe for the gas line and hung up a small heater. A month later I received the bill for around 2000$ which I then sent in the payment. After another month had passed and the payment hadn’t been taken out of my account we called them to ask. They then reassured me that they received the payment and to not worry about it. After waiting another 6 months they called my wife and said they had not received the payment. She told them we sent in the payment and they were going through their business and making some internal changes and they would just look for the payment and to not worry about it again. Now we have received a certified letter saying we have 10 days to pay for it or legal actions will take place. I have never dealt with a company that is so irresponsible with their payments and would not recommend them to anyone. There is plenty of business out there that will do the same quality of work and take your money. They never even had the inspector come and look at their work. I still haven’t heard from the company about the bill."
