"Driveway didnt look too good a month or two after the seal, figured I would reach out for an expert opinion and Don said he would come take a look and let me know what he thought. Days went by, reached out for an update and now more days have gone by with no communication. I'm open to whatever, i'm not an expert but i'd appreciate if communication was better. Could be normal, could need another seal with more prep? Don't know because the company don't care to check."
