"They are clearly incompetent and attempt to scam people. Do not hire thus company despite the reviews. I had them cone out and take a look at my boiler because some radiators weren't working. They noted the pressure was too low and said it was because my tank was water logged. They then proceeded to try to sell me a replacement for several thousand dollars. Well I had a different contractor come out and the solution was as simple as adding more water to the boiler which makes complete sense. I was also told that the tank is not water lpgged so I was lied to by this company. The people working for this company are clearly trying to scam people into buying new stuff they do not need and don't know a single thing about boiler systems. With how basic the solution was, so basic in fact that it is a yearly maintenace, it makes me doubt they know anything about any heating system for that matter. If I could ask for a refund I would. Never hiring this company again."

The estimate was more then fair and also comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty which you don’t find to often in that industry. "Be careful of Adam's Healthy Home's practices. My 83 year old mother had Adam's Pest Control(their other division) come out recently because she had ants in her house. The appointment went fine and they were on their way. Adam's Healthy Home later called and said she qualified for a "Free" furnace tune up which she agreed to. Of course the technician told her it was going to get even colder out soon and she needed a new furnace, even though her current furnace is working fine. Beware of their marketing strategy. Apparently if they find a vulnerable elderly person via their pest control business their goal is to pressure them to become an Adam's Healthy Home customer and sell them a $4000 furnace. I would steer clear, there are plenty of other honest HVAC companies out there."
