"Just called Cyber Geeks looking for their availability for looking at my laptop, and received a couple tips over the on how to resolve...which is pretty awesome they are willing to just help out, along with saying they'd take a look if not resolved. Will definitely keep them in mind for any/all future IT issues!!!"

"I spilled coffee all over my laptop. It stopped working completely, and I kind of gave up on it. However, I decided to drop it off at Cyber Geeks just to make sure it was dead. It wasn't. Lindsay went above and beyond to get my laptop up and running again and saved me the expense of buying a new laptop. Great experience overall!"

"I took my computer here last summer just for a cleaning. Definitely demonstrate that your computer can turn on before you leave it in Leslie’s hands. I did not. Apparently it “wouldn’t turn on” after he cleaned it. Either the “motherboard or power supply” was “broken”. $1700 computer, and he offered to order me new parts for $500. Most likely he lied to me about it not turning on. I wish I had a better case to make so I could sue for damages. Seriously ridiculous. I still haven’t ever replaced my damaged parts and it makes me sad. I should’ve made this review earlier but I wasn’t as hateful of a person."

"I have to be honest, I really wanted to like my experience here. I brought my laptop, and asked for calls every day. They said they would, but then they didn't. After 5 days of this, I asked why I have to keep calling, and offered a bit of advice about communication being essential to operate a business in a smaller community. He said he doesn't make money calling people back to update them on the status of their computer. After a week with my computer, none of the tests were working, and he told me the hard drive was bad, but still charged me $45.00 to back it up. Showed me a lot of the new ones he had in his store. I wasn't convinced so I took it to Techmate in St. Michael for a 2nd opinion. The drivers needed updating, and there were a few viruses that he took off. My laptop works better than it has in years! They communicated, fixed it, and backed it up for $60.00 - in 3 days. I asked for a refund from Cyber Geeks being it was a misdiagnosis, and was denied. Will not return."
