"I called RB's about a problem I was having with my computer freezing up causing me to not to be able to save the work that I was completing when this issue happened. They offered to have me bring in my computer right away and they would see if they could fix the problem and get it back to me as quickly as possible. I took the computer in during the afternoon one day and had it back the next day by lunch time. Everyone was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The price for the work was less than I expected to pay for these services. They get a Five Star review from me!!"
