"They diagnosed the issue, and told me the part was back ordered 4-6 weeks out and was trying to make me feel like it was hopeless and to buy a whole new $7500 furnace and could get it replaced tomorrow. Got a second opinion and called Abel Heating and Cooling, and not only was the part in stock, but they got it replaced in 15 minutes. Nice try guys"

Technician was friendly, professional and very thorough. He explained what he would be doing and reviewed everything thoroughly once complete. He was very personable and easy to talk to. They even came out, for a small price, a few days later to haul away some trash I had in the basement. This is the second furnace that they have installed in my home. Great company."

"I’m surprised there are so many positive reviews. We had the same experience as the other 1 star reviews. Our furnace keeps shutting off and we couldn’t figure out why. We called and scheduled an appointment and someone came out within the week… however they arrived 2 hours late well into the evening. We are pretty gracious and realize people run behind but if we wouldn’t have called the company twice, nobody would have showed up. The man was there for several hours and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. He eventually left and said “I need to call the manufactures and I’ll call you”. Haven’t heard a thing in over a week despite the *multiple* phone calls we have placed. What a waste of time and money. I rarely (this might actually be my first one?) make reviews but this experience was rather frustrating. Thankfully, the weather has been okay."
