Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"Cost to install a valve that I had already paid for cost me more than my monthly Pension. Bill took longer to write up than it did ro do the work. Plumber was polite as he robbed us. I am informing all People I can find that the price to install a simple flush vale was $760!!!!!! This rotor-rooter company is about the most crooked company I have ever worked with. Please advise me if you disagree!!!! I am awaiting your Reply."

"Over priced. Stay away. Ridiculous proposal to do unnecessary work. Quoted 15K for work that should only cost 3-5K. Required a signed waiver of liability stating they are not responsible for damage to property or injury. Would never sign that. You hire professionals who should be licensed and insured. Roto rooter outsources to 3rd parties who are not licensed or insured based on that evidence."
