"I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, so I decided to bring it here to get fixed. So easy! I scheduled an appointment online, which was such an easy task. We walked in the door, and we were greeted and helped immediately. He basically just told me the screen repair would be done in about an hour. He gave us a call less than an hour later to tell us it was already done. We went there, and it looked so good! So clean! They even had the screen all wrapped in a protector thing so that their finger prints wouldn't get on the screen. Super professional. And when we went to pick it up, he already had it there for us. All I had to do is pay for it, and we were on our way. All throughout this process, we only spent 2 minutes or less in the store. The rest was handled for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phone screen repaired. 1000%."

"Just got out of the store after my phone battery exploded while being replaced by the Batteries Plus technician. Everything is fine according to staff. Yikes!!! There was a loud explosion followed by flames and smoke. The whole store was a huge cloud of smoke. Thankfully nothing happened to the tech. Let’s hope my phone actually survives. I guess time will tell. Providing a 2 star rating since my battery was actually replaced and it seems to be working. Just feeling a little uneasy right now."
