"Update: warning!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! One of the WORST EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD! They are a scam and impossible to deal with. You will save money and have a much better experience if you go with any other local company. Ended up getting What I needed done for half the price they quoted. Still fighting for my refund but they refuse to refund the money for the mistakes that they made. Beware!! This company sucks to deal with!! I would pay double just not to deal with their systems. I originally scheduled a simple dryer cleaning and maintenance. I was quoted $99 and given a date. A few days before the appointment date I received a text saying they were coming the next morning. I didn’t want that so I canceled the appointment. They showed up anyway. Then after looking at the dryer they quoted a price for over $300 for the same service saying that it hadn’t included the cost of labor which was $200. We just wanted to get it done so we decided to just book it for the following Friday. The Tuesday before they sent a text message saying they had rescheduled the appointment for that same day without getting any confirmation or agreement. I called customer service and canceled the Tuesday appointment and put it back to Friday only for them to, hours later, again cancel The Friday appointment and reschedule for that same-day Tuesday. Then I called back the second time to reschedule again back to my original date that I had consistently Confirmed and they told me there was no more availability on that day. What kind of Company, Reschedules appointments without confirmation for the same day. What, they are expecting the person to just be sitting in their house all day everyday?! Not to mention, their customer service is impossible to reach and to deal with. The stupid AI that was texting me. The appointment changes was even texting me an incorrect number for customer service. I will never work with this company ever again. Not only are they completely siloed between customer service and on the ground technicians, they don’t respect your time, they don’t respect their own appointments, or the process they quote. What a joke. Get your ish together Sears!! No wonder your stores went out of business. SMH!! Update: The response to this review by Sears is an AI generated chat bot that does not help with anything except making more meaningless apologies and sending me on an endless loop of trying to reschedule this appointment. When I originally wrote this review, I had spoken to customer service and they agreed to cancel our appointments and refund the payments that we made. They assured me that this would be done. Then today, they rescheduled my appointment AGAIN. No one asked for permission, or if the date worked, nothing. They just went ahead and scheduled it again. After I had already been through this with them THREE times. So I once again spent significant time wading through their insane automated customer service To reach a person so I could cancel an appointment (I never made), and again request a refund for the services never rendered. The customer service agent informed me that they knew that their AI was screwing up appointments and they were sorry (again sorry but do nothing about it). They have said sorry a lot, they have not resolved anything, and they continue to be a headache. I have still yet to see any refund or even the confirmation of cancellation and refund that I was promised. Seriously, DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT work with this company!!!! Let’s see how many more times this happens. I’ll keep this updated lol."

"Michael replaced our Vent Fan unit and ran the dishwasher. We noticed that we could not read the display information after his repair. It was very fuzzy and blurred. He said it would clear up soon and left. That was not true. A second service call discovered that the sheet of insulation in the door had moved over the display screen causing the problem. The sheet of insulation was moved to its correct position and the display is visible and clear now. Too bad a second service call was needed."

"Never using Sear's again! We were having issues with our oven and called Sear's to come repair it. They charged $100 to diagnose the issue, which was fine, but they needed to order a part to fix it. The part was supposed to be delivered 2 days later so the technician showed up 3 days later. The part hadnt arrived, but we were charged another $100 for doing absolutely zero work, plus $250 for the future part payment and install. They put the $100 towards the future service when the part would finally show up. 2 weeks went by and the part never showed up, despite us checking in every other day with online support. We asked for a refund because we were so frustrated with the lack of communication. We're now on week 3 without an oven and Sear's stole $350. No wonder they went out of business."

"Michael did a great job fixing our LG washing machine. Plus, he did a great job cleaning up after himself, and was very friendly and professional, during the whole service appointment."
