"I own a few coffee shops in the area and our ice machine manufacturer recommended Custom Refrigeration for repair on their product. I called and was met with a pretty rude "no" and We aren't taking on new clients". There was no offer to listen and work with me on what they could do, I was cut off mid-sentance. The reason for two stars is that, despite the rude phone call, they did answer very quickly and I appreciate not having to go through many different calling tree buttons to reach a real human."

"I called Saturday left a message per instructions. Never revieved a call back. Called today to follow up, Joyce says, "We're not taking on new clients or one past 5 years, and we haven't serviced you since 2018, sorry" mind you, it's 2022 and 2018 was 4 years ago. What a shame, where is the customer service in these industries gone?"

"I was driving on 94 this morning and a gentleman decided he didn't want to zipper merge he wanted to match speed with me entering the highway. There was plenty of room in front and behind me for him to merge wherever he pleased. Because of this I get flipped off, cut off, and brake checked by him. I called and left a compliant, I hope to here back from a manager. Employees brake checking and having road rage in company vehicles is unacceptable for a professional representing a customer service based company."

"Will never consider or recommend them for service. This guy's parking job clearly shows me the care for their customer or future customers. I could not get into my car from the drivers side and had to enter through the passenger side. Refer to pictures to see."
