"Dealing with these people to do anything is absolutely horrible. I’ve been trying to move my router location for over a month. They showed up with a pre cut Ethernet cord they thought they would need. Only bringing 15 feet of the 200 ft the needed. Had to be rescheduled a week later. Called them a week later and they said nothing has been scheduled. Set up another appointment the soonest they could be there was 2 weeks later. Call them on the Friday they were supposed to be here and found out I was takin off of their list again. They said I need to confirm that im ready for them to do their job. So we rescheduled again for this next Tuesday."
