"First, it took me four days to get these guys to even come take a look. When they got here, they told me the price and it was pretty staggering. But I paid it, and a very nice man came out and did the work. Now, two days later, my hot water in the bathroom sink stopped running AGAIN! This, after I was assured that a freeze-up wouldn’t happen ever again if I had the work done, I find more than a bit frustrating. In their defense, the man they sent was very pleasant. All things considered, I’d rather not deal with this company again. I have since heard that they have a reputation around here for some of the highest prices."

"Called to find out about warranty on a part Steve replaces in April. He yelled at me saying he isn’t driving all the way here if it isn’t the problem cause he has people throwing money at him left and right and if I’m broke he don’t get paid. I never said I couldn’t pay. The part is under warranty so why would I pay. Very rude and arrogant person."

"Extremely unsatisfied. We had a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner put in. The guys who dropped it off ruined my wall in the hallway. They treated it like they didn't care. Dropped it on floor and outside. They were not careful at all. 1 guy was really rude and unprofessional. There were 4 guys and 3 of them left this poor guy to do it all by himself. Was told 1 day was 3 days. For the money we spent, time off work and the damage was not worth it. Still things to be done that Steve said it would be taken care of. Never has after 4 months. No money offered back for the damage or inconvenience. NEVER AGAIN."

"We got completely screwed by this service and a person named Steve. Paid 3000 dollars (and have to pay more now to get it replaced again) for a entire new HVAC air conditioning system that failed after the first week. He sold us a completely wrong used damaged cooling coil that was leaking Freon and was making us sick, and did not work. Total install took 2/12 days because he did not know how to weld one simple connection of copper tubing. His unlicensed assistant John who Steve left behind alone started crying because his failure. Steve spent half the time on his phone arguing with other co-workers and customers Broken promises and no communication We Had another service look at his work and he said it was totally botched. Every repair man we talked to knew about Steve because he is leaving behind a trail of destruction Now we are stuck with a broken AC system and have to pursue legal action against the company for loss of money, property damage and health endangerment. Worst company I have ever seen or dealt with. Total incompetence! They should be arrested and have their operating license pulled. DO NOT use this company for anything. Complete hacks, very unprofessional and cheap quality. Don't be fooled by their lies. I have multiple witnesses to this horrible situation."
