"I initially called Midwest Garage Doors to see if they had a spring part for my broken door. I wasn't sure which size spring I needed and Midwest was kind enough to send a repairman within 30mins. assuring me he would have the spring on hand. He not only had the spring but I was so impressed with the response I had the repairman install both springs, which he did in less than a hour. I checked around other businesses and no one carried this part. I do these installs myself but I was given such a reasonable quote I let Midwest do the installation. Door works GREAT once again."

"They came out to initial estimate, said they'd order the parts and be there in a week or two. They never showed, never called. I called, they said be there by end of week, no show no call. Called again said we'll be there this weekend. No call no show for the 3rd time. I called and left messages as we needed it done because our house was selling. No one bothered to return my phone calls, messages, or show up. Awful customer service. I do not recommend this company."

Next day, right on time, he did show up and he brought a good replacement unit along just in case. About an hour and a quarter later, the old unit was out and new installed. Very good work and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company and will to my friends and family. I am so happy I didn't try this fix on my own!"
