"As part of a Kitchen Redo, Perfection Plumbing was contracted to take out old garbage Disposer, Old faucet, unhook Dishwasher, and then, after the counter top install, return and hook up new faucet/garbage disposer, and dishwasher. Plumbers on both end were courteous, patient, and showed skills we want to see. The re-hook up part, was done by one of PP’s plumbers by the name of Ezra. He was efficient, patient. We had purchased the new faucet, and in anticipation of his coming, opened the packaging to find a very used faucet someone had placed in the “new” packaging. I took off to replace that for a new, but it delayed Ezra’s ability to get to it by about 10 to 15 mins.. He was o.k. With the wait. Upon completion of the install/re-hook up process, we asked if he would be willing to caulk about 10’ worth of Bathroom tub and sink joints, ones that had been poorly done previously, and he complied. While it only took him about 5 mins., this was not done per the job order, and we wanted to pay him for his time and materials, but he declined…Very positively. So, we wanted to take time to offer a superlative review for Perfection Plumbing and specifically for Ezra. Very much worth the price paid through the original job agreement."

"Do not use Rick / Perfection Plumbing! Our general contractor used him when finishing our basement . I came home from work literally on DAY ONE of the job to at least an inch of standing water covering our basement...needless to say I was freaked out. Luckily, it was day one of the project so there was no drywall or flooring to be damaged. Aside from the stressful experience, Rick handled it pretty poorly too - it seemed like he just raced over to our house to mop everything up before our general contractor arrived to see the severity, he took no accountability and said it was because of a "faulty part". He said he would replace our water main handle (was rusted out) for free because of the inconvenience...well it's now almost three months later and this still hasn't happened / haven't heard from him. What if I had gone out to dinner after work or was out of town? Our entire house would've been flooded. Another negative - he will only warranty items that he supplies (shower / toilet / faucets etc)..fine. However, when we asked him to send options for what he will supply it took over a week to get one "option" and even then he just sent part numbers for us to google and see the images. When i then googled the part numbers to see what we were getting, I could also see the retail prices of these items and could see he was charging us a 200% markup."
