"Nadia and another worker, whose name I never got, were sent by Lakeville Plumbing to view a sewer camera in a house we are purchasing. When we got to the house, they were already there. They displayed a high level of professionalism. After searching the entire house for a way to get to the sewer line, they came to the conclusion that they would have to climb onto the roof and descend through the vent. They invited us to view the full scope, all the way to the main sewer line beneath the roadway, once they were set up. They showed us where the line had been fixed at the curb, and they said the repair appeared to be strong and complete. They tucked their equipment away after the examination so you wouldn't even know they were there. To avoid dragging in mud or filth, they even placed a Mr. Nadia door mat at the front entrance. I have nothing but praise for Samuel and his colleague. If it's feasible, I would ask for them once more."
