"Hometown Plumbing was all one could expect with a quick, professional and thorough response when our water heater failed. Mike came to the house as quickly as possible ( a very short wait), provided a thorough assessment, and then followed up quickly with his quote and timing. Everything was executed as outlined the next day. He was also respectful of our home and was careful to be clean and not leave behind a mess. A real professional in my opinion. The follow up call a couple of hours after the job was done to ensure our satisfaction was also great but not surprising at this stage. We will use Hometown in the future, no hesitation on that."
