"I rarely give bad reviews, but this one had to happen. Unique Repair has the absolute worst customer service ever! The technician installed a dented door, and refused to reinstall the dishwasher. I had to pay another company to come level the feet (that’s all he had to do) and install it properly. They took zero responsibility, said the door was sold as-is, and the technician isn’t an installer so they aren’t allowed to level the feet(!!!). So much for “factory trained technicians”. LG referred me to this company, and I wish I would have hired anyone else. Stay away, find someone else, you’ll be happy you did! I might as well have purchased another brand new unit now that all the expenses were figured in after receiving their half-completed work. I feel so ripped off by this company."
"It’s been 5 months and our dishwasher is still brokenWe had had this company do warranty repair for our dish washer and to be honest it has been the worst experience I have ever had. It’s so bad that we have had to order the parts directly from Bosh because they keep telling us that the parts are in back order for months."
"If I could rate lower than one star I would - went with them for warranty repair on Bosch dishwasher - very easy repair just had to replace a specific part - they have sent technicians out three times, the first 2 times without parts, the third time with parts that were not correct but installed them anyway - they also had me order a part from Bosch and then took with them - at the end of the day the tech said all fixed without checking - my husband did not think to check his work attached is a picture of how they left our washer - picture really speaks for itself - have tried working with them but every time I called I would get a different answer"
"We were scheduled for some warranty work on our refrigerator. We had no choice in the repair company. The technician showed up on time and did the work and all seemed to be ok. Unfortunately the tech didn’t check the settings after the repair and one of the sections was set for freeze and not cool. The section of refrigerator got to -4 and all the contents froze and some burst. We have called multiple times and have been told the only person who could assist us would be Nancy the manager. If you are told Nancy will call you back, don’t hold your breath! The tech made an honest mistake, but their management team has a lot to be desired!"
"I had an appointment scheduled with this company it was scheduled through Samsung for a warranty repair on a fridge. They sent me a text to confirm my appointment for the following day I confirmed it and received a confirmation text. The next day nobody showed up. So I called the company and they told me they had my name on the list for that day but didn’t Know what time yet. They said they would call me when they had a time confirmed. 2 hours goes by and no word so I call back and I am told again they will call me. I wait until 1pm still no word so I call them again, and there is a recording saying they are closed for updates to their system. So then I call Samsung and I’m told unique repair services had me scheduled for October 18th instead. 2 days later. At this point my fridge had already been broken over a week. I was lied too twice by this company. They are unorganized and unprofessional. They clearly don’t care about their customers."
