"1 star is too many! Product looks good, might function well, (I say might because in 10 months of ownership I have yet been able to use it), and seems to be in the value of the market. The sales staff are rude and almost confrontational at the smallest questions. Owner doesn’t respond to inquiries when problems with staff arise. I ordered a Kwik Klein from my dealer last fall. Researched the product, called company prior to purchase (first experience with rude sales team but wrote it off as they were busy). Received delivery and discovered I needed a different screen setup. Not needing in a pressing hurry at this point, I waited a few month to order. Called company direct as advised by my dealer(apparently they have had the pleasure of dealing with them as well), to order more screens. Enter smart mouth sales team again. Ordered the screens anyways, leave billing information..I wait and wait. Follow up later, product needs to be built. Wait some more..call again, now the product is built but can’t be shipped with no explanation. Call back a few days later and discover they were put in another customers machine so it could be sold/shipped. Told they would be built and shipped by the end of the week. Called the following week again. Not made not shipped, but the bill for them made it. Asked for a discount or free shipping told that “shit happens” by the sales staff and that it wouldn’t happen. Asked to talk to the owner, too busy/important to take a call from a lowly customer like me. They called today, asked for a credit card and wouldn’t ship after my last conversation. I’m not surprised. Paid full price at the end of my use season just to try and make it functional next year. No discount or apology offered, just a “sorry you feel this way”. If you are considering ordering any product from this company please read the other reviews left by customers and the company’s employee reviews. I think they might make a good product, but this is the most unhelpful, rudest, unsupportive company I have ever dealt with. If I had it to do over again, I would have bought literally any other cleaner and skipped having to deal with this company."
