"The entire process working with Garage Door Service and Repair was fantastic. I would highly recommend this family business. Hannah was exceptional over the phone offering a no pressure and solutions driven approach to fixing my problem. She sent me videos to test the problem and offered additional time and support along the way. She then helped me place my order for a new garage door system, Liftmaster 87504, and they came out within a few days to install it. Our installer, Nic, was very nice, and professional. Nic remained positive and helpful even though it was freezing cold outside with negative temps he was still willing to spend time teaching me how to use the system and set up new codes. A real pleasure working with you all. Happy Holidays"
