"We have called them to come and replace our air conditioning since February! It’s now the middle of June and they are still a no show. It’s hot and miserable and my husband is disabled! Seriously if in all this time they still can’t make an appearance and replace their own products, they shouldn’t be in business. Update… We finally got to speak tonight! But if you didn’t see a slip, then you’ll have to speak with your secretary, we’ve spoken with her at least 3 times since February asking for you guys to come and see about installing a Central Air unit. When we spoke tonight, you said you’d be in touch first thing in the morning and help get this taken care of… so we’ll see. UPDATE! Justin did call and came right away the next day! Thank you Justin! He installed a new central air unit. He was professional and worked hard to finally get us some air."
