"Had them install a water heater for us, less than 2 years later it was broken. They replaced under warranty but charged us 2.5 hours of labor when it took them 30 minutes to put a new one in. Called to dispute the labor costs charged and took them a month to send us a corrected bill. Just after the corrected bill arrived they sent us a statement saying we were 30 days late on payment and needed to pay immediately. When fixing the water heater they found a water leak in our basement, spent 2 weeks leaving messages to get an appointment for them to fix it and nobody returned our calls. Found someone else who came out next day and fixed it. I never write reviews but I was so frustrated by this experience I had to share. Would never recommend and will not be doing business with them in the future."
