Reviews
"Item very poorly represented on the website. Wasted 3 plus hours of drive time."
"Great and friendly staff. Knowledgeable shop and sales force. If you need a great piece of equipment, its a great place to shop."
"Best service, bought a rake from them and found that they are very helpful"
"I think the previous post is not attached to the right business. Dave's repair works on farm equipment, not refrigerators. My experience has always been very professional and affordable."
"Here is the short version of the story: I paid them $670 for diagnosis and repairing for our GE Icemaker. They never fixed it. Here is the full story: I found DavesRepair on line and called them to ask if they could have a look of my icemaker. They came on a Saturday and charged me $100 for diagnosis. After diagnosis, the owner Dave told me that the icemaker could be repaired if I would pay another $350 for the parts and service. I emailed them and re-confirmed that $350 was all and there would be no surprise in the end. After they promised me that after this $350 spending, our icemaker would be up for running, I decided to let them fix my icemaker. However, during the second trip, Dave told me that another part needed to be replaced. Then the third trip, Dave replaced the parts and charged me another $220, including $70 extra service fee. However, the icemaker still did not work. After that, I emailed the Owner five times and called them multiple times; however, they never returned my call or email. So, our icemaker has a lot of new parts now, I spent $670, and still no ice. The worst part of my experience is: it would be very hard for me to trust any small business owners like Dave."
