"We stayed last Thursday night. Luckily, our family of 5 had a chance to use the full waterpark on Thursday afternoon for about 2 hours. The water slides were closed that evening and the following morning before checkout, so that sucked. Only 4 wristbands come with your hotel room, so our 5th was an extra $20. The beds mattresses were hard, there's no free continental breakfast, and I complained 3 times about kids running up and down the hallway. For a $200+ one-night stay, it was less than desirable. We will not be back."
"The color of the water is not what they show on the website. Looked super nasty. Was tough to want to get in and very itchy afterwards. Make sure to shower really well before leaving. The guy that was making all the food and making drinks killed it though. He would get 5 stars. I’m strictly rating the color of the water with the one star. Disappointing when the group of kids were asking if they should even go into it."
"Had to pull out a last minute indoor birthday party due to the weather. Wild woods Waterpark turned out to be more than perfect. Kids were satisfied and having fun all day, the adults got time to hang out and enjoy themselves. Food, drink and alcohol all available inside the Waterpark. Pizza was great, nacho platter was great. Very clean and very nice staff."
"Overall, we enjoyed our visit here. We didn’t stay at the hotel. Non-hotel guests pay $20 each for the water park. We were hassled by staff for bringing in water for our 1 year old. They are very particular about guests not bringing in food or drink. We ordered snacks from their snack bar. Average food for a snack bar. They have 3 slides, one with a fishbowl. Rules are not strict on keeping kids out of the adult hot tub. My kiddos really enjoyed the water and it was a nice change of pace from our regular spots. Seating is very limited so I’d recommend getting there early."
