"I would pass by this store if I were you. I bought a necklace here last week getting assurances I had 14 days to return the necklace or could return it at the Mall of America , both by of which were untrue. You can’t even get to the store as it’s behind security, and there is no affiliation between this store and real Swarovski stores. The necklace was also only from outlet stores, and not returnable at regular stores. I felt taken advantage of, and have never had such a poor experience. I don’t think the airport should allow businesses like this on the property."

"I am not someone to complain about retail service often as I have worked my fair share in fine jewelry (5+years) however this was exceptionally poor and I really left because of the employee working. The employee spoke but little to me but asked if I was only window shopping and then proceeded to ask “do you even own any Swarovski” I felt judged and had this taken place at a store I have worked for I know I would have been spoken to by management. As a rewards member I will only be shopping online from now on lol!"

"The store is beautiful but the manager, Amethyst was terrible. I actually don’t know how she is employed by them let alone is a manager. Here’s the story. I stopped in on a layover. It appeared to be shift change and she and the exiting employee were deep in conversation. A third employee who I believe to also be done with her shift graciously helped me. There was a sale and we couldn’t tell if a particular item was on sale. We tried to enlist the help of Amethyst (the Manager) who was not all that helpful. They couldn’t find the box it came in to ring it up and while looking, the other associate found a different watch stashed in the break area. She showed it to me and I absolutely loved it. It was beautiful and just what I wanted. We all admired it (including Amethyst) and when we rang it up it was a steal of a deal. That’s when Amethyst said she just recalled that it was her watch she had been saving and was going to purchase it one day. She WOULD NOT sell it to me even after her two employees told her she should and that she clearly had forgotten about it and could buy another online. She refused. Then, 2 other managers showed up as I was walking out and when they heard what was happening they let her know she needed to sell the watch to me. I heard her say she was going to buy it. I walked out shaking my head. Everyone but Amethyst seemed not to know this was wrong. This store lost money and in my mind, unless it is company policy to “stash” things away from the customers until you can pay for it..it is stealing. She had several other items stored away as well. I must say, the two employees were delightful and in my mind are the ones who should be promoted. If I had stayed, I’m sure I would have been sold the watch but by then, I was over it."
