"Was not satisfied with some of the results. For starters it was my first time doing business with Pilgrim. I was recommended to come here because of their free same day service. Unfortunately, and I understand, I came to find out same day orders were available at certain locations and won’t be ready in two days. They did have my order ready on time except for one. The unpleasant part was that on one of my coats there were strands of blonde hair. I have dark brown hair. Made me wonder if it was one of the workers or another customers. It really grossed me out. And my white blazer still didn’t smell clean. Too pricy and the results wasn’t what I expected."
