"The staff are friendly that make sure your laundry gets done while paying to use those machines. I highly recommend to come inside while enjoying a enjoyable experience."
"It is clean and there are alot of machine but omg so expensive. I went here to wash a comforter because my apt machines have an agitator in the center. Machine at my apt cost 1.90 the same size machine at this place $3.50! Next size up washer is $4.00 and its $4.00 for 30 mins to dry."
"Absolutely LOVE! I have had an amazing experience every time i go. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can really see them working as a team. I have had them do wash and folds for my unmentionables and socks. They always fold them so nicely and put in a bag with a handle for easy carrying. The drycleaning always looks pristine. Like new! They have an excellent spotter. I feel like the stains are no match for him. Best Drycleaners & Launderers hands down. I have been going for 3 years!"
"I used to enjoy coming to this place how to delay with my order not a huge issue however I will not be returning for one reason the absolute incredibly rude unprofessional Jennifer if that is really her name heavy set female when some tattoos that looks like they were done by a 2 year old with crayons not even an apology for putting out hole in one of my shirts. I stopped in to pick up my order made it very clear that I needed to have it by a certain time was told absolutely no problem this is clothes that I need for work I have not missed a single day of work in over 20 years the order was not ready on time they told me I can pick it up the next morning by 9:00 I told him no problem 9:00 the next day that is the latest I can be however instead of apologizing Jennifer again if that is really her real name heavy set white female with tattoos again that looks like it was done by 2 year old with crayons instead of saying hey we're sorry you always ready yet doesn't even make eye contact with me head is down looking at the floor and says you can call us later to see if your order is ready. I am sorry but in my business if one of my clients orders are not ready I call them and let them know that the order is being delayed my clients just happened to be companies like 3M General Mills just to name a few. So here is a little lesson for the owners of this business first of all employees should be wearing name tags at all time proper greet and assist and please there's no need to lie it's simple explanation and the truth no need to be rude especially someone who is constantly bringing you business I walked in your doors expecting quality service you are a destination these are the same things I teach my own employees on my business has a five-star region not just on Google not just by the Better Business Bureau we will leave the rest of the comments for you to fill in"
"Oh man! I've never been to a dry cleaner before. I've driven by Pilgrim Cleaners a gazillion times and always wondered what goes on in there and how their operation works. So please let me tell you that...it...was...incredible!! We dropped off a pair of Ugg boots. The black suede was completely covered in salt staining, dirt and other residue. The inside wool material was completely flattened and just completely worn out. In other words...I thought the boots were beyond restoration. I couldn't have been more wrong. When we got the boots back, not only did they restore the inside wool material, but the outside, black suede looked like new again!! I thought just for a moment they'd made a mistake and gave us someone else's boots. The service was exceptional as well. The staff was instrumental in convincing me that the boots were in good hands because I had serious doubts about how they'd get them clean. I'm really happy I followed through with the service. It won't be the last time I go there."
