"My husband and I went into Helzberg originally to look for a wedding band to add to my engagement ring and we were greeted by Mindy who did a wonderful job at listening to me and then we were handed off to another associate. This associate was very friendly and energetic except for the fact that I didn’t feel like I was being listened to. I asked to see a specific ring (2x) that was within my budget but every time she would take out a similar ring much higher in price for me to try on. After feeling pressured and not being heard from this associate, we decided that we would take a break to think about it and come back later in the day, but after saying that, this associate was visibly annoyed with our decision which put us off entirely so, we decided not to purchase anything that day with her. I will give her the credit of helping me realize that I might just need to start from scratch and get a new engagement ring, which I am grateful for though. We went in the next day to try again and was greeted by Mindy and we worked with her the entire time of that second visit. She was an absolute God-send. She heard everything I said, answered all my questions without judgment, she knew exactly what we were looking for and she showed us ALL the options that matched my requests and even pulled out a new band she just received for me to try. With her help, we left with 1 brand new engagement ring, and 2 new wedding bands when we only came in for a new band to begin with! She was awesome!"
