"I entrusted my items to this dry cleaner 10 days ago, only to find out they had lost them. Despite multiple visits and promises to contact me, I have yet to receive any updates or resolution. The manager DeeAnn assured me they would reach out within 3 days, but a week later, I'm still waiting. Disappointing service and lack of communication."

"The general manager, DeeAnn, was super helpful and responsive when I thought my laundry had been lost. Turns out, it was my mistake. Nonetheless, I can tell that DeeAnn truly cares about customer service. My duvet was like new after being washed here. Highly recommend."

"I dropped my clothes off to be laundered mid week last week and it is supposed to be next day service. I never received an email stating my order was ready, so I went in on Monday to pick up my clothes. I was told they could not find four of my shirts - someone had processed the order improperly and my shirts were lost somewhere among other peoples clothing. So, I was sent home with a few articles of clothing and was assured that if I returned the following day, the remaining part of my order would be ready. I returned today (Tuesday) and was told they still can’t find my four shirts. I have received no communication from management at all about this and don’t even know if anyone is actively trying to locate my missing shirts! I leave for an international trip in 3 days and need my clothes. I am pretty unhappy. I also had a 30% off coupon and that was never applied. However, the girl I worked with on Monday said she made the adjustment and fixed it when I asked about it. UPDATE After the above post, I was contacted by the manager, DeAnn. I later went to the store location and spoke with her in person. She was sympathetic and actively engaged in resolving the situation and making it right. I am happy with the outcome and their response. DeAnn is solely responsible for me remaining a customer there!"
