I spoke to Chris over the phone and he was very nice, and sounded like he knew his profession. I live in the south metro, and Chris is all the way in Dayton, but still decided to come all way to help me. He was able to come out right away and made it work with my working schedule. I was worried with my plastic pipes but Chris was gentle and took his time to make sure I was happy. He was respectful and took his shoes off without asking. He also took time to run to Ace Hardware for additional parts. It has now been 3 weeks later, and the drain works perfect, and my family and I couldn't be more happy.
