"Took about thirty items here they faded and shrunk half my clothes will never use again. I told them dry clean only. They washed and dried all of my three hundred dollar Nike Tech fleeces I took years collecting and ruined them."

"Very disappointed in the customer service here. I have gone to the Silverlake on Silverlake rd. For many years. They moved this store with the store on 37th off Silverlake rd. When they transferred the clothing to this location they lost 2 of my dry cleaning orders. This was in 2021 I went there several times seeing if they maybe found my clothing with no luck. They texted me now and said I had 2 orders there please pick up. I went today to get the clothing they lost for 3 years. I asked for a discount on the bill and the owner said NO .... full price. I will not ever use this place again. Not good customer service."

"I brought my comforter to be cleaned, and went to pick it up and it reeked like cologne from the shop. I put it outside for 5 days and the smell did not go away. I had to pay another cleaner to get cleaned again. I went to St. Anthony Cleaners to get my money back, and they only said “The owner Samir will call you”. Samir never called. Now I paid 2x to clean the comforter. Horrible service."

"I brought my comforter (which was not very dirty) to them to clean, and picked it up and it REEKED of the smell of cologne from their shop. I brought it back, they cleaned it again, and still SAME THING. I let it sit outside for four days, and the smell of the cologne has not gone away. I can't get it out of the comforter. I am now going to have to bring it to a different cleaners to remove the smell from THEIR SHOP. How RIDICULOUS that a cleaner will have such strong smelling cologne or perfume lingering in the air in their shop that is would penetrate the clothes. NEVER GO HERE unless you want the strong cheap perfume smell on all of your items."

"After a mix up when we couldn't find our order - Ivan looked for an entire afternoon, the next day we got a call saying they hadn't found the order but were still looking. The same day I went back in and was allowed to look thru orders to identify mine (somehow under the wrong name) and found it. Ivan was so nice. I will always take my business here - Great neighborhood cleaners!"
