"I was awarded the nicest Citizen watch I’ve ever owned. It was two links too big so I called ahead and they said they could do it. A few minutes later I was in the store and they took out the links as I shopped. I’m thrilled with my watch and how it fits. They had a great assortment of Citizen watches and other beautiful gems and gold. I’d like to visit again! Update: came back again to get a few more links removed from my first watch and brought in another to get resized. I will make a purchase here soon."
"Went in 1 day after sale ended ready to purchase a ring and wouldn’t honor sale price. When regular price was 1,300 over “sale” price which at sale price they are still making a large profit goes to show how high they mark up products would never return. Felt like they try to take advantage of people especially after they called me 3 times when the sale was going on lowering the price each time trying to get me to come in. I couldn’t make it until the next week due to the hours I work. Keep in mind never walk in and pay their high sticker price they just drop prices randomly but then won’t honor it when you come back to pay that price."
