"We built a house and the carpet needed repairing/ replacing in less than 3 months. Unfortunately, we had to wait 11 months for the warranty walk through. The repair appointment was scheduled from 1-3pm, 3pm arrives and no one has shown up nor has anyone contacted me with updates. I reached out to Karen who was in charge of scheduling my appointment, she did not acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience and simply informed me that “someone would be there in 20 minutes”. When asked how long the instillation would take I was vaguely informed “it won’t take that long”. Still no apology. The serviceman also didn’t apologize for being so late and made a joke about how I didn’t need to move all of the furniture out of the room. Karen explicitly told me I needed to move all furniture for a better stretch of the carpet. If you are looking for confusing, lousy customer service and subpar instillations- this is the company for you."
"This company has been so great to work with and their work is even better!!! The quality is amazing and they are quick to install. I work at an Assisted Living Facility as the House Manager and we have had them here multiple times and they always amaze me! The installation guys are awesome and so easy to work with! Kathy does an amazing job coming out to get measurements, email us quotes, answer questions, etc in a very timely manner, it's so helpful. If your thinking about carpet installation please give these guys a call, highly recommend them :)"
