"Contracted with Details and Dixon's Services to clean my house every other week starting in October of 2023. What a nightmare! I used them October though the end of December. Not one time did they clean the whole house. Alway forgot a room (usually a bathroom). Always had an excuse. I have 3 and 1/2 bathrooms in my home, and 3 bedrooms after the initial cleaning which they missed a bathroom they did a rush job every time. The last time they cleaned in December they were here for 1 hour, 3 bathroom in a hour! They did not clean they were to busy going though mail. I have camera's. When I bought this up they said that they were seeing if they were at the correct house. Well maybe if this was the first time and the house number is right on the front of the house where they park in the driveway. This company is not a cleaning company they do a awful job. I should have read and listen to the reviews before hiring. Wonder if the owner of this company uses them to clean his house? Probably not they don't clean only rip people off. Gave 1 star should be zero stars."

"Have been using D&D for a number of years and have always been satisfied. While having my gutters cleaned i spoke to the cleaner regarding my Garden window which bumps out about 2 feet from my house. Asked him if after blowing out the gutter leaves if he would please blow off any debris that landed on my window. He not only blew off the debris but then wet washed the entire window, What a lovely surprise that was. Always great service but this was extra special and much appreciated."

"Been using D&D for a few months now, just to do a monthly clean of the house. (I live alone and can't quite keep up with everything myself.) The crew does good work - I've had the same folks every time, so I guess it's a pretty consistent job and they retain employees well. I occasionally see a missed corner or something but they're definitely getting 99% of everything. As a matter of policy, they don't mess with or organize your stuff, so if you're one of those "organized in piles on the floor" people, this is incentive not to be. They're pretty rigidly scheduled, but were able to fudge a little bit when I had a doctors appointment day-of - showed up an hour early and were done/gone by the time I needed to leave. Initial cleanup took ~3h and was about $400, followup cleans have been ~$160 for ~1h. For three employees, with insurance and everything, it seems reasonable. Supervisor comes by sometimes and chats with them, seems like a decent sort. Haven't had any issues he needed to talk with me about. Happy customer. :-)"

"The window cleaners were very conscientious and careful in cleaning my windows. They were efficient and nice guys too! I've used three different companies in the last five years and these were far and above the cleanest my windows have ever been! I already referred a friend who needs windows cleaned and I feel completely comfortable doing that after the work they did at my house. I'll definitely have them out next year too!"

"An antique Prague lead crystal chandelier had lost its luster and needed a good cleaning. The crew were here on time and got right to it and cleaned water spots and other grime from it. Gorgeous!!"
