"As all the reviews say, this locket is beautiful. The photos on the inside are so clear and secure- I am obsessed! However, despite how amazing the locket is, the customer service of The Locket Sisters is somehow even better! I ordered a locket in late November for my mom, and USPS lost the package. I reached out to The Locket Sisters to see if there was anything they could do to help and they worked quickly and were able to overnight me a new locket on a Friday so I could give it to my mom on Sunday. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced, and a great reminder to shop small! Can't wait to order again in the future :)"

"The locket I ordered was perfection! The pictures I submitted were not the best quality because they were of my grandmother when she was younger and they were able to turn the pictures into clear images that fit perfectly in the locket! The jewelry itself is beautiful and delicate unlike other lockets I saw online. Id wear the necklace even if it wasn’t a locket. Customer service was amazing. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this!"
