Our exterminator was able to come out in about a week and she was amazing. She found exactly where they were getting in and plugged it. "I had Obediah come out earlier in the season and assess my mouse issue. He talked us through the process, explained why he was doing what he did. We did have to take advantage of the 6 month guarantee because after a few months, the mice were back. When Obediah came back the second time, he was once again professional and very thorough. He even took the time to point out access points that might come up, but weren't currently an issue. He provided preventative maintenance tips and was fine with me peppering him with questions.
