"I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Prior to recently, I'd been using one of the national chains for all of my jewelry needs. But since meeting Ben and his wife Connie, I've realized what I was missing out on. I know it's cliché, but they clearly and genuinely care about their customers and want to give them the best possible experience. Way more so than anyone I ever encountered at Helzberg. When I first stopped in I had already purchased the band, but I needed a diamond. They did not disappoint. Ben gave me a number of good options and we eventually found the perfect stone at a good price. They then replaced the mount and set it for me as well. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. An absolutely beautiful stone, and it came together perfectly with the ring. Their sales associate Leah was awesome as well when I returned to pick it up. All around, a unique shopping experience.
