"Green Clean exceeded my expectations from the first call I made. The young lady who took my call and many questions was very empathic as I was looking to have my deceased father's townhouse carpet cleaned for selling purposes. She made the appointment to fit my schedule and gave a clear time window. They called the day before to remind me. On the day of cleaning Rob and Brock called to say they would arrive in 10 minutes. They respected the recently cleaned house by wearing booties over shoes and taking off shoes. After showing them the trouble spots they explained the products and equipment they were going to use and the amount of time it would take. They took measurements to assure correct charges with a discount was applied. They were very polite and knowledgeable! They seemed to work together well as a team and were done before expected. The carpet looks AWESOME! All three of these people radiated professionalism, empathy and knowledge. I highly recommend this company and especially this team as they showed how much they love their job and how much my business meant to them!"

"Very kind and responsive team of cleaners. Dog stains were successfully removed. Thank you. My only challenge was the cost. I understood that to come out was a base of $250 plus tax. I was told by the company that to add the technique of urine removal was extra. But the office could not pin down a price. Our carpet had been cleaned before. So they had dimensions. The cost went from about $270 to $400. A surprise. I think the quote could have been more accurate. Thank you."

A positive attribute of this company is that it provides a detailed line item estimate of project scope and cost. In addition, Green Clean assists customers to navigate claims with insurance carriers. Following a major roof water leak, the Green Clean mitigation team responded rapidly to contain and prevent further damage. Led by Chad, this group worked quickly to tear out the wet drywall, insulation, carpet and set up fans to dry out the room impacted by the leak. Everyone on this team, particularly Trevor, were calm, courteous and professional. We also used the restoration services of Green Clean to rebuild the damaged room inside our home. Mitch excellently coordinated multiple, skilled and artistic subcontractors to install new insulation and drywall, painting, woodwork, and carpet. Mitch was amazingly professional, courteous, calm and unflappable. The subcontractors working with Mitch treated our home as if it were their own. The closing manager of the project, Jason, provided an exceptional final inspection of the project to ensure that we were totally satisfied. After Jason re-installed a large light fixture, he took the time to thoroughly clean it, which was unexpected. Jason was another example of the fine treatment that those wishing to use the services of Green Clean can expect."
