"Had a move out clean scheduled. What they cleaned, they cleaned well. We had asked them to call us if they needed more time. Never got a call, and they had not finished. Left cleaner in the oven. Went a month or two without an invoice. No idea if they sent it to the old address (mail forwarding should have caught it if they did). Finally got the bill settled and their customer service, when they called, was helpful. My advice would be to stay with the house so they can ask in person, and settle up on the day of the clean when they're in person. They clean excellently, their administration struggles, in my experience."
