"The women I worked with was great! She gave me recommendations on the best package for my wedding dress. I want to rewear it and alter it down the road. She was also very transparent about the dirt and how they will do their best. ADDITIONALLY: I just picked up my wedding dress last week. It took roughly 3 months to get back which is fine by me. They worked miracles on my dress! The bottom of the gown is back to normal and I was in awe. She showed me how to take care of it and the benefits I have with working with them. Beyond grateful and love having my dress back."

"They ruined my wedding dress, after I paid over 1k for altering and have ignored me when I've asked for a partial refund. The seamstress made some areas too small and said "well it will stretch out" when I asked her to fix it. In other areas she didn't take the dress in at all, so it sagged. She refused to fix the poor alterations she made. I asked for her to put in a modesty panel and it was some of the saggiest sloppiest sewing I have seen. She also sewed one of the sleeves on inside out. Horrible and expensive mistake trusting this store with my dress. DO NOT go to them for a rush job, they will treat you very poorly."

My dress was a little long so the bottom turned black from dancing the night away but you would never know! They preserved my veil as well which had dainty, little pearls on it. Excellent service, care, and attention to detail! Your dress will thank you!"
