Only con: slightly expensive...at the time of this writing, a service call (1 hour billed) was $175 total; definitely worth it though, as a lot of other plumbers in the area can't or won't touch wells."

"We recently hired TL Stevens to upgrade our well to a new constant pressure system. Their quote was very detailed compared to other vendors we considered and made it much easier to understand what was being installed in my home. The entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with even with my many questions and repeat phone calls when trying to fully understand the features, warranties, and charges associated with the proposed system. Although they did not submit the cheapest bid, the consumer information that was readily available about the system they were quoting, better warranties for the system components, and their customer service they provided before the sale ultimately made our decision an easy one. The installer, Steve, did a great job, was more than willing to work with me to ensure we were happy with the installation, and even followed up 1 week after the install to verify that the system was meeting our expectations.
