"Klehr was not my usual provider. However, when I failed to get a call back from my usual provider after three days (this after I told them I was having issues with my septic and they said they would have someone get right back to me ), I decided to shop around. Glad I did. Cam was responsive and professional. He came out to diagnose the problem, pumped overflowing tanks twice, and even helped arrange for an electrician when he realized the problems were more extensive. He then followed up to replace defective pumps and floats. Throughout the process he was responsive and professional. He showed up when he said he would and made sure we were taken care of. Could not recommend more. Thanks for the great service!"

"A+ Professional. I am BLOWN away by the service they provided to us. We woke up this morning with our septic backed up. We called Klehr and they tried to diagnose it on phone saying, "I hate to come out there and charge you if it's something simple." That is ethics and integrity that you don't see now a days. Within 2 hours they were out here and during their assessment they offered a smaller service that would have paid them less but solved our problem in the short term. We wanted a full pump anyways so we went ahead with it. You need to call them for any septic work!"
