"My wife took her wedding ring and wedding band in to be soldered, before she saw the reviews here. A minor issue was noticed as she was picking up the set, and that was how they used “normal” gold, instead of rose gold to solder the rings together. She had not been informed of this prior to picking up the rings. Then, shortly after that, part of the engagement ring broke, and it was sent off to the designer for repair. He had the following to say: “Your local jeweler applied fire to the whole ring without keeping the head cold with a special coolant paste so the heat also melted the corner welding. But don't worry The ring will look like new and is being shipped back tomorrow...” After this experience, I wouldn’t trust this shop to sell me a hair tie, let alone service an irreplaceable custom ring."
