"Alex is the jeweler I dropped my watch off with. It was there over 6 months!!! Only to have him reassure me that he would call me to double check if they had any watch band replacements, I go in 2 months later to pick it up and nothing has been done or fixed!!! 2 more months go by, still NO communication I stop in again, the watch in same exact condition it was before. He told me that the watch was no longer being produced and that they did make the bands took him 6 months to figure that out, so I said I will purchase my own online. I got home I turned the watch over to get the ID number from the back only to have that 1 spot scratched off so I could not go online with the serial number to get a band replacement myself. My watch is in great condition except for the band, The back is Sterling silver without a scratch on it except for that 1 spot that I Needed to see the ID number for the band replacement, just didn't understand why it took so long with no communication and nothing was done."

"Ok so i went to go and get my necklace fix and I didn’t need much all I needed was a new little loop to get the charm back on. The necklace alone is MAYBE $10 and the only reason I wanted this fixed was because my mom who passed away got it for me. So im thinking maybe like $5-10 to get ONE little loop on there and it was $20 like WTH that looks is probably only like 10 cents and here im pay more them the necklace it self to get that little metal loop. WAY OVERPRICED. Although they i am VERY glad i got this fixed because means the world to me just think its a little more expensive then nessary. They also had very pretty jewelry there"
