"I brought in my couch cushions a week ago for them to clean they said they could deliver it to my city in a week. I called this morning to make sure they were being delivered they assured me it was. When I went to go pick it up it wasn't there and they said they don't do dry cleaning at that location. I called again, was put on hold, and then they said they actually dropped off at a different location when I went there my couch cushions weren't there either. I called for the third time and they said that they were in a completely different city. After being put on hold they said the only thing they could do was deliver it to the correct city drop off location in a week and hung up on me. Very unprofessional."

"Highway robbery. I travel all over the country with my job. I have my clothes laundered and pressed many different places. I’ve never payed anything close to what Schwegman’s just charged me. The average price across the country to have a dress shirt cleaned and pressed is 1.75 to maybe $2.00 they charged me $3.50 per shirt here plus they charged me $8.00 per pair of slacks. More than twice what I’ve ever paid anywhere else. Like I said, highway robbery! I don’t know how they stay in business!"

"Nice job on the dry cleaning...sewing not so much. Twice the flag patches were upside down which represents a country in distress. They fixed at no charge for the mistake, but used black thread in a yellow part of the patch. Looks a little tacky. Otherwise very nice people."
