I now have my beautiful ring back which I am very happy with and also grateful for the exceptional customer service received throughout the process from Ashley who was committed to my complete satisfaction with the ring. These guys shipped a box in two days, cleaned it, replaced the dimond, and shipped it back - all maybe took 10 days max. The ring came back like new, wrapped, and protected in multiple envelopes.
