"I called Sunday because the storm that came through over the weekend the wind blow a branch on to our house . There's no holes in the house but I do have kids and don't want them walk under it . So they said they could come Tuesday as there was worse house in granite which I understand but when u tell someone you our going to be at there house between 7-8 am . As a business if you can't make that time the least you could do is call them to let them know . It is now 9:48 they still haven't called and still not here ."
"A+. Brian Gniffke, owner of Brian's Tree Service, was outstanding when he removed three dead trees (two full-grown evergreens and one HUGE birch) from our backyard in town. Honest, on-the-spot, professional--even introduced his other workers so I'd feel at ease. Their clean-up is AWESOME; my lawn looked better than it did when he got here! He even left lots of good firewood for our firepit, and stacked it neatly. And all within the afternoon (weather permitting). There are some places with which I'd never do business. Brian's Tree Service is NOT one of them! Call them with confidence. :)"
