"2 stars is being generous. We called because we had questions about our bill. The lady we talked to first was nice but when she looked at the guys timesheet that came out and worked on our ac she told us that the guy got to our house at 9:30am and was there until 10am and in that time he just sprayed chemicals on our ac coil which was already uninstalled from the last time they were here and then he left while they sat and did their thing and went and did other work until he came back 4 hours later and finished the work. We were confused on how it takes 30 minutes just to spray 2 spray cans onto a coil and then leave. She couldn't give us an answer so she transfered us to the owner. He was very rude from the second he answered the phone. He proceeded to argue with us telling us that walking into our garage and down the stairs (the hvac unit is about a foot away from the stairs) and then spraying it with 2 little spray cans and leaving takes 30 minutes. His attitude was very unnecessary and he didnt need to talk to us like we were idiots. It was a VERY unpleasant experience and they definitely charged us for more time than it actually took."
